A 9 year-old girl called Zianna Oliphant moved hearts when she spoke to the city council about growing up black in Charlotte, North Carolina. Her emotional speech had a huge impact on her community as she spoke about being treated differently due to her colour. After Police Departments heard her speech, they decided to make changes with how cops interact with the youth since their relationships had been damaged.

Zianna and her siblings met up with cops to change roles for a day, they arrested officers from rebelling against the law. Zianna had a great time laughing along with the officers and was also featured on a Microsoft campaign as she represented peace. She has brought positive changes to her community and continues to promote peace.
