Could this be the greatest flash mob dance? In Auckland, New Zealand 80 people from ages of 65 to 96 years came together to perform a dance. They danced to “Feelin’ Good Ooh La La’ by The DNC” as they surprised members of the public. At first an elderly woman got up to dance by herself when the music came on as everyone stared at her, but slowly other members joined in as they made everyone smile.
They all united together to promote the need for more adaptable housing in New Zealand as the ageing population is growing. They were determined to get up and dance their way through, creating a scene so they could be heard in the language of dance. They inspired many people around their ages, that was fantastic!
