British chef Gordon Ramsay showed the contestants on MasterChef how to remove the flesh from a salmon fish. He lay the fish on the chopping board as the contestants watched carefully, he used his knife to do all the work as he made it look so easy. He removed the bones from the fish so effortlessly as he managed to cut up 14 chunky pieces of salmon. The contestants knew it wasn’t going to be as easy as he made it look, as he only took a few minutes preparing the fish.
